On May 28, we gathered in front of Leinster House to oppose the Irish Government's decision to accredit the ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

We remain deeply concerned by this decision and hope that Irish policymakers will engage with the Iranian diaspora and democratic voices, and place human rights and the Iranian people's demands for freedom and dignity at the centre of any engagement with the Islamic Republic.
